whats a good workout routine to build muscle?
okay im 19 yrs old, 5′ 9" and I only weigh about 145 pounds…. I want to build muscle but I dont want to be a body builder, just get some definition. Whats a good routine for me to do (and things to eat) to do what I want to do….. please dont give me sarcasm, any help would be greatly appreciated.
