Not to be misunderstood – doing heavy powerlifting with 1 rep it’s unavoidable to press when lifting – but for dynamic-training it IS just the proper breathing technique.
BTW – it’s always good to see Natural-bodybuilders but don’t say you don’t take any additional Aminos, Creatine or Vitamines or do you just eat eggs, steaks and drink a lot of milk?
@Sterndi1 Whey Protein, Glutamine on a daily my Friend. plus some pre workout stuff that i cycle, Vitamins and EFA are a must indeed .

dang 20 years. thats good commitment. Henry Rollins quote about the iron is true. people who lift usually do it for a lifetime, while most people can’t stay married for more than a few years. But then again, i think bbers r a more committed group in general.

the only time i stopped training was when i had Bad girlfriends that were sucking too much precious time. My Current wife works at the gym so am all set
