Hello.. I’m 5’9" weighing 70 Kg and age of 20 years.
I possess athletic physique.
I want to increase my height by 2-3 inches and put serious muscle mass..
Please suggest a diet program and exercises for me..
I’m available for gym 6 days a week.

How do i really build muscle mass quickly?

I weigh 145 pounds and i am 5 foot 7 with 6 percent body fat, i do wrestling but those routines are not helping me get bigger, i dont care if i move up weight classes or anything i just want to get bigger and build muscle mass. If you have a routine I could do please tell me. I looked on google but those are dumb. Also, i have a very high metabolism so whatever i eat doesnt affect my body fat at all.

I am 5’11 and i weigh 195 lbs. I would say that i have a build in between a medium and large build. My goal for the next 5 months is to weight 170-175 lbs. I know i can lose the weight, but my main concern is not to lose my muscles while doing this. What is a good workout that i can do while i am doing about 45 mins of running at the speed of 5.5 mph without losing too much muscle mass? I don’t want to become skinny fat, yet i want to become skinny and toned. Thanks
