I wanted to strengthen muscles such as biceps, triceps, abdominal muscles, calves, and also get into shape. What is a list of the best exercises to strengthen those muscles? What are good techniques I could use when running to get into shape faster like starting off slow and building speed or starting fast and slowly stopping? Please help! Also: I am a teen so I don’t want anything that would push my muscles too hard.
