Multiple workout questions for a beginner.?

What are certain routines, such as slit, circuit, power, etc? Please explain what each is.
Why should larger muscle groups be exercised before smaller muscle groups?
How many days a week should I exercise and how long should each workout session last? why?
What muscle groups should I do each day?
I am trying to build a strength training program that includes workout for upper and lower body muscles. I don’t want to know what workouts to do, but rather, when I should do certain ones and why.

Ok so I need like any good exercise routine for building body muscles plz answer in a paragraph or more if possable

i have upper body except for abs, i want to get a six pack, but have strength and not just looks, i also want a good work out routine that will build my upper and lower body muscles and make me as strong as possible !

2 years ago, i was very skiny and after 2 years of good exersices and good nitrition program, I’v got some muscles but with fat. my body muscles still not big enough, i wanna get more big muscels.
the question is: shall i start loss fat program then build muscles OR build the muscles with fat then start loss fat program.
my body weight now: 170 ibs
hight: 172 cm
