I wanted to strengthen muscles such as biceps, triceps, abdominal muscles, calves, and also get into shape. What is a list of the best exercises to strengthen those muscles? What are good techniques I could use when running to get into shape faster like starting off slow and building speed or starting fast and slowly stopping? Please help! Also: I am a teen so I don’t want anything that would push my muscles too hard.

I work my Pecs, biceps, shoulders and forearms on one day and legs on the other. I start out doing 20, 20, 15, 10. Then I do each muscle. I want to gradually increase weight every week. Will I be building huge muscle so I look like a pro body builder?
