Is it even possible that this is true? or isit my imagination?
first of all sorry for this ectremely long story but its just that i have to tell you it.
So i do parkour ( i have been doing it for about 2 years ) . Im 15 and You propably now parkour. Walls at the start roofs after a bit of practice. So after months of training (6+) i started noticing huge improvments in speed stamina being able to jump higher basically the muscles on my legs were not just alot stronger but i had a feeling that alot longer (or more stretchy ) anyway that was quiet nice of my body to do for me. As i started jumping longer jumps higher falling down 3 meters 4 meters i started noticing that my legs were getting weaker when landing and so i decreased the distances of the flight by a bit and gradually increased to make it work and so it did.. Now i jump down fromt the windows of a 2 story building when running ( roll involved ). So my body developed a kinda way to adapt to the sport i do thats lovely of it. BUT a remarkable thing i noticed is that the bruises, cuts , wounds dont only dissapear after one night but dont hurt AT ALL as long as theyre little cuts. Today at training a new member joined our Parkour.Squad and so we started showing him techniques of landind PRecision Jumping n everything. Then came the walls and what i noticed is that the guys that have been with me for 2 years doing parkour dont get as many cuts as the lad that was there the first time. His hands were so bloody bloody and hours had not even ascratch on them. So isit possible that after ALOT of practice falling, scraping, cutting and everything the skin is stronger and less volunreable to cuts?
Thanks for your help
Appreciate you reading all this
Regards
Matthew

Yeah, that’s more or less the effects of scarring and callousing. By the way, walls and roofs aren’t the only things that you can do with parkour… especially roofs. The media just likes to portray it that way.
Yes, plus, the more exercise the more you eat, the more you eat, the more protein gets in your system, the more protein, the stronger the bones and skin, the stronger the skin and bones, the less pain and cuts!!!!
