Hey Guys,
like it says on the title
I’m a skinny 23 yo guy ,with 6 feet tall (182 cm) , 165 pound weight (75 kg), with a huge stomach and chest fat.

it might look the perfect weight but I have small bones i mean I’m skinny and i used to weight about 127 pound(58 kg) a few years ago then i joined a gym for body building and i used some proteins (not hormones) after a while my weight increased about 33 pounds (15 kg) , then after a while i quit the gym and since then i started to gain weight at the stomach and chest

so if you could help me with a training or diet program that would be great

especially the chest fat since I don’t know any exercise to burn the chest fat
