If i do cardio-vascular exercise, and then lift light weights.. will i lose weight.. or build a body and gain?
i am slightly overweight. started gym. do like jogging, stepper, and then, weights according to a program.
will i lose my excess weight this way? (or does it just convert the fat to weight, and i will still ‘look’ the same).
