question… im a 170 lbs guy…training for 4, 5 years now…but can not get bigger ex;190 lbs…but i got a lot stronger …A LOT !!! i know is nutrition but can find the good mix …thanks…drfund8

if u couldn’t get bigger than 190lbs… u weren’t eating enuff.
try eating 20 cals per lbs of body weight
1 lb of protein per lbs of body weight
lol sorry i meant 1 gram of protein per 1lbs of body weight
