I want to bulk up a little and I need a routine. I hate doing leg workouts so I just do light jogging every now and then. I need to build my upper body. I have a bench at my house, a bunch of weights, a french curl bar, a regular barbell and a pull up bar. I just want a good upper body workout that I can do with the equipment I just listed. How often should I do the workout? I am taking whey and creatine to help bulk. I am wondering what upper body routine I can do that will also benefit from the creatine. Any suggestions?
