has anybody out there done any of the pre-made workouts that you can use? im talking about like the Muscle Building Program, Strength Building Program, Complete Body Workout, Ultimate Arm Workout, 30 Minute Chest Workout, and Ultimate Back Routine?????? Has anybody done any of these and can tell me if they actually work? like in the Ultimate Arm Workout it says it takes 8 weeks of dedication…. will i get noticeable results if i follow this in 8 weeks? has anybody done it and can tell me about these workouts and also in the 30 minute chest workout…… does it only take one week? because it says to perform all three days of the workout over a course of a week….. thanks

has anyone had any positive experiences eating a certain diet, exercising certain videos, etc. that really helped them not only shed pounds, but build muscle? im looking to lose weight while toning up my entire body.(i hope!) and anyone got any ideas to STOP eating baked goods and chocolate? thanks sooooo much!
It is said that in 2015 computers will be smarter and be able to out think humans, they will probably have emotions if they wanted them they could probably make a program themselfs that can make them feel. But then after they get that smart they can make computers that humans otherwise couldn’t have made because we weren’t smart enough before. And then after they get smart enough isn’t anything possible like the first second the computer smarter than the human turning it on, it would be like everything could be explained that otherwise couldn’t, so like what was there before the big bang could be answered because computers could be infinantly expanding…but it could also mean the end of humans becuase computers could build bodies of somkind to go around it…could that even happen….JUSSSST wonderin! I think this is more probable for the end of the world above anything! And what about the computers with morels and emotions and even religon?
Well, computers are running at a much faster rate then we are…why do you think we have advanced so fast in the past 50 years, computers…what i’m saying if it can think then it can create and since it runs calulations much faster than the human brain then it can create a faster running computer therefore creating a smarter computer, smarter than humans…computers are measured in flops I think and it just won’t plateu..that would be like saying society will plateu and we will never get any further than this point…
