Ima buy the iron gym xtreme in like 2 weeks and i wanted to know can that give me a good athletic shape, but at the same time build strength and muscle. Ima be using protein shakes as well (whey). Im 15, 121 lbs, with a high metabolism. Also can you refer me to a website with a good routine that can help me build my body and strength. IM NOT A BOODYBUILDER!

A question about diet? (while working out)?

I love eating sweets and like many, I have a bit of a problem controlling my sugar intake. I was wondering a little about foods that are sugar-free. Are they okay to eat? The main reason I ask is because I am starting a workout program soon and I know how big diet is in building a toned and fit body. I have no problems with the workout itself, just with diet. I have alot figured out, but I can’t seem to figure out the sugar issue. Does anyone know if it’s okay to eat sugar-free "sweet" foods? Does it depend on the food, like for example, some are worse to eat than others? If you could be as specific as possible I would greatly appreciate it.

Offseason football help? ?

Right now i am a sophomore QB who is trying to compete for a starting QB job next season but i have a long to go. I am 6 foot and 189lbs. with too much body fat. My school already has a mandatory weight program, but i need to do extra stuff. I am looking for a running program that will build my speed, endurance, and help me lose body fat. Also I need to start dieting. Do you guys have any healthy diets that i can couple with a lot of work? I need to become a much better athlete in the next 8 months. I will do anything to improve i think my work ethic is my best asset.

Building the Best Body?

I’m looking to build my body into the best shape I can, and what I guess I would call the best blend between strength and cardio. in essence, a shape best suited for survival.

what i want to know is what you think or know to be the best recommended day-to-day schedule to follow to obtain these results. both dietary and exercise related, what should I be doing everyday? what exercises on what days for how long? the most comprehensive schedule/routine gets the points.
