she’s 4 yrs old. I spent many many many hrs in the hospital and doctors offices as she was born at 1.5lbs and with weak lungs and immune system.
I am trying to boost her immune system with natural remedies and letting her body build defenses. NOW before you over react I will say when she gets antibiotics or medicine she tends to take LONGER to recoup. In my culture (Caribbean Latino) we use lots of natural remedies and no one questions it. Like many old school people from around the world. And she does well with it. I know many OTC drugs/medicine for kids don’t do much or retard the immune system.
I have personally heard from at least 3 people and read many cases where vaccines have done harm to kids long term. A coworker has a M law suit against doctors for lead based vaccines being given to his kid who all of a sudden at 6 started becoming "slow" and stopped advancing mentally at a drop of a dime. And I personally do not trust the CDC or government. I mean one thought from a national security standpoint is contain a virus (H1) and vaccinate despite lack of long term studies of side effects. (and I’m well educated and have read much of the negative history of many government "programs", including clandestine, which have led to morally questionable actions by the administrations of the times)
I’m 17 year old boy and I have a small gym in my apartment with chest, arm, shoulder, back, and leg equipment. Also a treadmill and a ellipticals machine.
I pack fairly thick muscle mostly in my chest, but I’m not skinny enough for my abs to show. I want to find a routine that will get me BUILT, CUT, and DEFINED but not huge and bulky like body builders.. I want a sexy looking body with abs that will turn heads.
Should I work out 3 muscle groups and run a whole lot afterwords? and do this every day switching muscle groups? Or is there a better way?
A routine from Monday-Friday would be nice.. THANKS!!

Okay, so i was on Jenny Craig last summer and i started when i weighed 225. I got down to 195 with the program. Since then I have lost an additional 10 pounds. i am now around 185, but i am 6’3" so i don’t want to lose anymore weight, but i need to sculpt my body. I have a decent build, i have muscle, but i need a little more. i eat really well everyday and i work out 6 days a week. I have just started taking a protein shake after I work out hoping I can gain muscle that way. I am planning on doing the p90x program this summer when i get home from school. Does anyone have any suggestions in gaining muscle at this point?
