So I was recently in a fitness/body building competition. It is routine to shave all your body hair off so that your definition can be seen better by the judges. Besides for the competitions I never shave my legs, I will sometimes shave my chest and stomach area. I know girls like a shaved chest on guys but how do you feel about shaved legs on a guy? I don’t have gorilla legs, just peach fuzz for body hair. I can however tell the difference on how my legs feel and look when they are shaved.
For me its no big deal, I’d rather not shave my legs because its just a hassle. How do girls feel about shaved legs on a guy? I know guys like shaved legs on girls.

Ok so I have Strength-Endurance program for the gym and I lift heavy weight-this program is for martial arts and I do it 3 weeks a month then I do a program for body toning to stay lean and not build bulk.
That’s what I don’t want-to be bulky
Also in the last week I eat low-carbs and in the three weeks of strength -endurance training I eat the recommended amount of fats,carbs,protein,vitamins etc.
Also a day of mine is full of activity if that matters-after gym I come home and do plenti of push ups,sit-ups,plyometric exercises ,yoga,pilates,jogging,sprints etc. after that I take a 4 hour break and I go to the dojo for 2 hours then I go to sleep.(8-7 hours of sleep I get)
So my question is: Is this program good and will keep me lean while developing strength and endurance?
B- I exercise and do martial arts 6 days a week
My height is 1.75 cm
Weight is 65 kg
Purpose of this training: Is to develop strength and endurance for fights(martial arts) and I want to lift heavy because some moves involves throwing your enemy to the ground or something like that
to the gym I go 4 days a week and the 5th day is dedicated to the abs.
during the 4 days of the week I exercise 3 different muscular groups each day.

April 5th 2008 at the SABBA Novice Bodybuilding show. I almost fall on my face near the end when my leg started to cramp up.

Started my workout routine the beginning of this year. Already having great results without supplements, but now i want to pack on more muscle, and strengthen my joints and tendons and whatever else needs strengthening to properly build my body up. I am 27yo 6’2” 195lb if that makes a difference in what i should use.
