i’m still 14 years old.i have been involved in this body build for 6month.but i done workout and and balanced diet with a little effort.what’s the routine workout and balanced diet should i do?my goals is to have abs.please help me.~,~
I’m 15, this is my routine. I’m not one of these hardcore body workout things, just a good moderate workout (for me) that will build muscle and thin down a bit.
200 bicep curls
100 bench presses for triceps
30 min on "tony littles" workout machine for cardio/legs
and a forearm workout
i try to do some situps also.
