I need a diet, or a basic nutrition guideline.
I have been off of a light body building cycle for 3 months now after getting married, very little training in between, and now I am training for a 5k run coming up in April.
During my morning core synergistic routine today (P90X-Core Synergistic) I crashed about half way through feeling like my body was lacking something. I am 5’10, 220lb, muscular build. I’ve never really followed a diet for heavy cardio.
Help?

Im writing a report on dance (not for publication) and I need to include illustrations.

I’ll need hundreds so drawing each individually by hand or PC would be too time consuming.

What I’m looking for is a program with a human figure that I can manipulate and rotate, then take screenshots.

Almost like an avatar you build in a lot of 3D games, except I need more control over the body position.

Does anyone know of such a program? It does not need to be built for this purpose, as long as I can control position and take screenshots.

I’m planning to start working out Monday to build up muscles, I’m just concentrating on my arms, abs, chest, back and shoulders. My uncle recently told me that I can tone up quick because of my body shape. I rarely worked out a day in my life because I used to be so skinny, What do I need to eat and drink before/while/after I work out I really am serious about this, personal trainer suggestions would be great
