Right now i am a sophomore QB who is trying to compete for a starting QB job next season but i have a long to go. I am 6 foot and 189lbs. with too much body fat. My school already has a mandatory weight program, but i need to do extra stuff. I am looking for a running program that will build my speed, endurance, and help me lose body fat. Jack here with another review. This time its Armageddon by StarChem Labs. I did not like this one at all and you will see why. It was solid as a rock! Keep pounding gents! -Jack
I’m only 13 at the moment. I have always had a larger body. I don’t want to say I’m too overweight but I’m certainly not skinny enough to build muscle or anything and I do get those stretch marks on my tummy. I am approx 5’6 and weigh about 134 lbs. I have a disease called Osgood Schlatter’s syndrome, it’s when the patella tendon conjoins with the tibial tuberosity and when used too much it can tug away at the bone causing inflammation. I played soccer for a while when I got this which was about 2 years ago. Then I quit soccer, track and basketball. I recently started to play soccer because I noticed that I only get pain after games. But after the last maybe 5 practices I’ve been getting pains in my thigh, shin, hamstrings, heel and of course my knee during practices. So anyway I was really looking forward to soccer to lose a couple pounds so those dang curl-ups are actually going to build muscle through all this fat but I can’t even go to the practices anymore. I’ve been told I need to do cardio to gain a better metabolism and lose weight. I want to do this, but with my condition I don’t know how. I’ve been looking online and I haven’t found anything useful. I have no treadmill or any workout equipment, except some weights and an old sit-up contraption (not necessarily a machine).
I hope you can help with any advice or techniques on how to do cardio, build a faster metabolism, or just lose some weight without using my legs or putting too much pressure on my knees. thanks
