I know that dieting and exercise can potentially result in breasts shrinking (as you can lose weight from your chest area), but I’m curious more about workouts that are meant to build muscle rather than burn calories? I believe my bra size has gotten smaller and I’m wondering what to attribute it too (since I’m not dieting and I’ve recently started going to the gym to work my upper-body strength.
Let me tell you that this is a real big incentive on why NOT to go to the gym. Sheesh. >_>

2 years ago, i was very skiny and after 2 years of good exersices and good nitrition program, I’v got some muscles but with fat. my body muscles still not big enough, i wanna get more big muscels.
the question is: shall i start loss fat program then build muscles OR build the muscles with fat then start loss fat program.
my body weight now: 170 ibs
