I’m a 16 year old male and I’m working out 3 days a week.I used to do 100 pushups and 20 pullups a day at least.but now some people are telling me that I should stop since I’m working out at a gym and body building.does anyone have any experience and can help me out??I’m really having a hard time stopping exercising at home and should I really do that??all the muscle that I have now was build up at home(from daily exercise)and now since I’ll be at the gym only 3 days a week I feel that if I stop exercising at home I’ll actually be doing something bad and decreasing my muscle mass since I’ll be doing less exercise.plz help.and any work out techniques r appreciated(I’m slim, tall and muscular but not way too much)if that helps pick out which exercise u’ll reccommend for me.thnx a lot in advance I hope u know how much u’ll help will mean to me )
hey. Ive been working out for quite a while, drinkin protein shakes, but i realize i need to go on a strict diet, coz i need to get rid of some fat sitting over my abs. I need a body building diet, i cant make one myself because i dont know what to include, what not to include. Is there anywhere i can find a 6week one, or anything? Just so i know what to eat, what not to eat. And something that i can keep to, a strict routine like .Thanks
